5. Membership communications

We share your data only with trusted third‑party processors who support our operations and process personal data solely on our instructions. These organisations are contractually required to protect your information and comply with UK GDPR.

Membership includes insurance cover provided by an independent insurer. We share only the information reasonably required to administer and provide the insurance benefit.

Claims handling

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK or EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or other approved transfer mechanisms.
